Level 3 Certificate for Paralegal Technicians

Mapped closely across the new Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship, this new qualification is designed to meet the needs of today’s learners. This qualification replaces the three current Level 3 qualifications which will be withdrawn at the end of July 2024.

This Level 3 qualification is a distance learning course, allowing you to work from home in your own time and at a pace that works for you. Perfect for fitting around your other commitments such as work or other studies.

All course material will be provided on enrolment and there are now also handy Learner Guides available from NALP. These contain lots of information, hints and tips on how to complete each unit.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE?

Formed of four mandatory units, you have a maximum of two years to complete the qualification, although we expect it to take much less than that.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THIS COURSE?

If you are a UK resident, then you can either pay in full or you have the option to pay a deposit and six monthly interest free instalments. If you are an overseas resident then you must pay in full.

NALP MEMBERSHIP

As with all other NALP qualifications, you will receive 12 months Affiliate Membership free. However, after this time, if you have not completed your qualification, you will have to renew your NALP membership in order to continue studying .

All assignments are based on the Level 3 Qualification Specification which include all learning outcomes and assessment criteria.

All Learners from outside the UK and Europe who successfully complete their qualification will receive their Certificate and Transcript via a secure electronic platform rather than through the post.
