Who is the course for?
Our Level 3 Paralegal Practice Qualifications are entry level qualifications – perfect for
those who have no previous experience or knowledge. It's also fantastic for new
paralegals, legal assistants or legal secretaries who would like to start formal training to
progress their career.

Award, Certificate or Diploma?
Our Level 3 in Paralegal Practice has 3 levels of qualification. Depending on which you
choose, you will need to complete the required mandatory unit(s) and any additional units
to achieve the requirement to graduate. You can choose to progress your qualification at a
later date.

What will I study?
The course is broken down into 9 units, once you've finished studying a unit, you request
the assessment for that unit and will have 4 weeks to submit it.Check out our Sample Questions
How long will it take to qualify?
This course is a distance learning course. You'll study at home during your spare time. The total study time, including assessment work for our Level 3 Diploma (6 units of study) is an estimated 515 hours. Many of our students will study alongside full-time employment within 9-12 months.
When should I enrol?
You can enrol at any time of the year. Once you've enrolled you'll be sent the first workbook to download. You will have 1 year to complete the Level 3 Award (two units of study) and 2 years to complete the Level 3 Certificate or Diploma.
Is the qualification recognised?
Our Courses are the only paralegal qualifications regulated and accredited by Ofqual. The non-ministerial government department that regulates qualifications, exams and assessments in England. Fully recognised within the legal sector, these qualifications demonstrate your skills, knowledge and commitment to your career as a paralegal.
How much does it cost to study?
Our Level 3 Qualifications start from £200. We offer interest-free payments on our Award, Certificate and Diploma. Pay a deposit (£150 – £270) on enrolment, then monthly instalments of £100.
